THE BUYLANCE.COM ARBITRATION PROCESS
BuyLance.com is dedicated to your safety concerns when working over the internet. When you post a project on BuyLance.com, you are in complete control of your money. You only pay a Freelancer upon completion of your project, or according to the terms of your agreement.
Employers can place monies in escrow to protect both parties. Only the Employer can finalize payment to a Freelancer, and only the Freelancer can cancel an escrow payment. If the other party refuses to abide by the terms of your project, you can take your case into arbitration and allow BuyLance.com to evaluate the situation. If a party is found to be in violation, BuyLance.com will ultimately decide which party is at fault and can return or award payments to the party eligible.
The arbitration process is fair for both parties. We strongly recommend documenting all transactions between yourself and the other party. We work very hard to protect everyone and keep things honest.
Please note that this policy applies to escrow funds only. Final payments may not be recoverable. We recommend holding all money in escrow and pay in stages as your job progresses.
