Employers Intentions
You must be serious about your project. Do not post projects if you do not intend to see them through to completion. Postings are free, but we reserve the right to charge a refundable posting fee should users abuse this policy.
Postings that are not accepted
The following types of projects are not accepted and will not be posted.
- Projects that are unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive,
defamatory, obscene or contain otherwise objectionable content.
- Projects that transmit any information or software that
contains a virus or other harmful/disruptive component.
- Projects that contain materials in violation of another
party's copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Projects that contain information in violation of the site rules and/or legal agreements.
- Projects that attempt to solicit business to another website.
BuyLance.com reserves the right to change or delete postings and/or private communications sent through BuyLance.com systems. Additionally, we may refuse service and/or block any user who does not adhere to these
guidelines, or for any other reason for which BuyLance.com deems prudent. Additionally, legal action may be pursued at BuyLance.com's discretion. BuyLance.com may take this action without prior notice or explanation to
the user.
